McKinsey Academy- Client Delivery Associate role

Hi there,

Who here has insight into working for McKinsey Academy (in general), and secondly, more specifically re the ‘Client Delivery Associate’ role?

 

There is little information available online regarding the work, relation to consultancy work, and salary/benefits. So your input would be highly valued.

 

Information regarding the following items is welcome:

- the application procedure

- interview type (case interview?)

- to which degree similar to an associate consultant role or not?

- salary

While I honestly don't have particular insight here, I do highly recommend you do the following to get your answers:

1) Network - this is important not just for referrals but to better understand what to expect!

2) Ask HR/Recruiter - I wouldn't ask on salary, but your other 3 questions are perfectly valid!
