Looking for advice on how to proceed - Multiple solve invites, same application

Hi all,

I'm applying to an Associate role with McK in the ME, as an EH. 
History : Was invited to interview for a similar role, earlier this year when I was in the US, but had to withdraw a day before the R1 due to personal issues.
Moved to the ME, applied to the Associate role. Received the Solve invite within a couple of days - I had the recruiting inbox linked to the email for a merge, which they confirmed. A few weeks after, I got the Solve invite again (active now, expiry Sept 17th). I've written to highlight this, but haven't received a response yet.

I have a couple of questions:
1. Has anyone been in a similar situation before, and if so, how did you navigate this?
2. Does this mean my profile is under active consideration, or is this likely a system error?
3. Is it that they want me to retake the Solve with these multiple invites? The FAQs clearly say that a candidate is only supposed to take 1 during a rolling 12 month period, and that throws me off

Thanks, and I'd love to hear opinions on how I should be dealing with this.
I am alternatively trying to reach out to people working within the office, the recruiting inbox as well as the office support itself - but since I'm also running out of time on the actual invite, looking for advice parallely.
