Hey there :)
Kearney UAE is hiring, but for some roles Arabic is required, especially at junior level. For more senior or specialized positions, English can be enough, though Arabic is becoming increasingly preferred for client-facing work.
Best to just reach out directly to HR in the office you are targeting to clarify requirements.
