Is BCG operation line a seperate line and we need to apply for it seperately (in NA)?

Separate from what? MBB typically have different functional arms, such as Ops, Sustainability, Transformation, etc. (see here for BCG).
The roles are advertised clearly on the website e.g. Ops Consultant. For example, I was hired as an Ops Associate at McKinsey (I did ~60% Ops and 40% other stuff).

You need to network and speak with HR to figure out what role i best for you! There are some ops roles, but there are also specializations you can select when applying. Again, to make sure you apply to the right role, you need to speak to someone at the office in question!
