Imbellus Solve

For the ecosystem portion of the solve, does anyone know if it is allowed to have animals that will not get eaten. For example, can there be a producer in the food chain even if none of the consumers eat that producer as prey (hence the producer survives).

Hi there,

Q: For the ecosystem portion of the solve, does anyone know if it is allowed to have animals that will not get eaten.

Yes, if all the other rules are satisfied there is no problem with having a species that is not eaten by any other species.

Francesco

Hi there,

Yes, this absolutely occurs!

It is not uncommon (20% of the time?) for there to be a leftover producer (at the lowest level). This absolutely works.

Yes, that can be the case.

Check out some of the simulations on Youtube as well. I believe some go over this particular case.

Best,
