Currently working in an MBB firm in Western Europe, but I am unhappy with my current situation. I don't think I like the job enough to work that many hours. I'd like to pivot to FAANG or similar - possibly non-sales-related jobs - in any location in Western Europe. How would you do that?

Hi there,
It really works the same way as finding any job!
- Update your resume
- Network
- Within your existing network
- By reaching out to people “similar” to you
- Apply

There's no way around networking a lot.
You already have a “hell of” a brand in your resume, so they are likely to pay attention to it. So make sure you update your resume, highlight your experiences and start networking with people at those firms.
