I am wondering if the final decision is a sum of one's performance in all rounds at McK ? So if I had 3 rounds ( phone screen case , 1st round cases , 2nd round cases ) will my phone screen's performance just serve as a screening Go/ No Go? or they would come back to it in later rounds as well ?

It will be a result of your final round only. However, if the interviewers had significant concerns in the first round, they might test these specific things. Your phone interview is unimportant at all at this point.
