How are the scores calculated in part 3 solution?

In part 3 solution, I cant figure out how the the scores are calculated.

The scores are the weighted numbers from the assessment. Supplier A has medium ISO certificates = 2. Now this number is multiplied with the factor for qualitative criteria (0.3). This means the score of 0.6 for ISO at supplier A comes from 2 x 0.3.
