I have an interview for Economic Consulting and I would like to be able to respond to potential cases. Therefore, I was wondering what I should focus on reading for economics (perhaps some sources) and some examples on how to structure responses and thinking. Thanks.

The Economist is an obvious and excellent one - dive into all the archives and you'll have week's worth of reading. The Financial Times is fantastic as well. Additionally, numerous podcasts such as Money Talks.
Additionally, the American Economic Journal and the American Economic Review are excellent, more technical Economics materials.
