There are both pros and cons.
Pros:
- You get the great technical skills (data analysis, Excel, etc)
- You get a great network in a company increasing your chances to get into
- Your salary will be similar to an analyst since you work long hours and you are paid per hour
Cons
- You have no spare time to prepare for a case interview. I know so many people who didn't manage to get in for that reason
- Bad feedback will minimize your chances to get in full-time
