hey!

If still revelvant for you / someone:

I would recommend to structure the ppt as follows from my experience:

PPT Slide Layout for a Case Interview

  1. Title Slide:
    • Case title, date, and your name.
  2. Problem Statement & Objectives (1 slide):
    • Clearly define the client's challenge.
    • Objectives/goals of the project.
  3. Current Challenges (1 slide):
    • Key pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes.
  4. Proposed Data Engineering Solution (1-2 slides):
    • Overview of the solution (data pipelines, storage, analytics).
    • High-level architecture (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
  5. Implementation Roadmap (1 slide):
    • Key phases, milestones, and timelines.
  6. Key Benefits & ROI (1 slide):
    • Business impact, cost savings, operational efficiency.
  7. Challenges & Mitigation (1 slide):
    • Potential risks and how to address them.
  8. Conclusion & Next Steps (1 slide):
    • Final recommendations and future steps.

      Best, Alessa
