The recruiter call itself is much less of a cut: they have already picked your profile, so the call is mainly about fit, motivation, logistics and sense-checking your background. Most solid candidates who prepare for it get through, so it is nowhere near the low-single-digit odds people have in mind.On timing, there is no set rule, and experienced-hire processes are often slower and bumpier than campus recruiting, since the recruiter usually needs a sign-off from the office or practice before getting back to you. Hearing within one to two weeks is normal. Hi,As others have mentioned - i dont think anyone can tell you a reliable number on this.
