S& is MBB level in the ME region. Bain has a really small presence there.

EY-P is still very badly positioned in the GCC strategy consulting market at the moment, ver far away from MBB-T2 firms. It is still very much embedded into EY global practice. Same thing as Deloitte Monitor. Only S& out of the B4 acquisitions is very well perceived in the region because of Booz & co great historical presence.

I suggest you looking at the reviews from Glassdoor, it could give you a better understanding.

It's smaller than in other locations.
But smaller also means more room to grow, faster career path, etc.
So you have to balance the two (brand vs. growth opportunity) and find the perfect fit for you.
