Experiences with L.E.K. Consulting

Does anyone have experience with L.E.K. consulting and can tell me something about their corporate culture, reputation and salaries?? Or knows someone who knows someone who knows... ;) Cheers!

I've worked some time for LEK consulting and I found the corporate culture had a pleasant atmosphere - friendly and productive. In Germany LEk is mainly known by health and life science company and internationally I found that they have a good reputation for their strategy consulting. Salaries are more or less the same as at other firms in the same league and I know that for full time job beginners there is a reward based on your performance.
