Hi,
I interviewed and interned with Stern Stewart three years ago (so not recently), but I don't think their process has changed very much.
Interviews are typical case interviews as with MBB, maybe a bit more focused on business sense rather than on quant abilities. Generally, they value team spirit very highly and focus a lot on whether you would be a good fit with the firm. If I recall correctly, you will need to present a case during the final round if you go for a full-time position rather than an internship. Overall, it was a very pleasant interview experience.
