I could be wrong but think that LEK first round is free standing market sizing and then a CV interview done seperately but not sure what second round involves.
I've been told that OC&C happens over one day - but not sure what is included?
The main thing is I wonder whether they both do the data dump and present to a panel/partner in 30mins style interview or if it is all one-on-one

the answer depends on the country, but as for LEK, a candidate I just helped securing an offer in the US got individual cases related to M&A, new product and market entry. I would recommend contacting HR, they should be able to anticipate what is the expected standard for the interview in your specific country.

I don't know about LEK, but for OC&C they typically give a somewhat less-structured case, along with a print-out of slides for you to look through.
