for a Deloitte Digital interview at Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level, I’d definitely look for someone with direct Deloitte Digital experience rather than a generalist case coach. At that level, I’d prepare for a mix of leadership and behavioural questions, commercial judgement, and potentially a case or client scenario around digital transformation.

It’s also worth preparing a few strong examples showing how you’ve led teams, managed senior stakeholders, handled ambiguity and delivered measurable impact. If there is a case, the expectation will likely be more focused on practical recommendations and implementation than a classic entry level strategy case.
