Hi everyone!
I have an upcoming Codility assessment at Deloitte for a data analyst position and was hoping to get some insights from anyone who has completed a similar assessment.
The assessment consists of 3 tasks in approximately 120–130 minutes, testing Python and SQL knowledge.
I would especially appreciate any advice on:
- Question types: Are the questions typically algorithm-focused (similar to LeetCode), or more focused on practical data manipulation and SQL?
- Difficulty: Are the difficulty of questions similar to LeetCode medium difficulty?
- Preparation: Are there specific topics or practice resources you would recommend focusing on?
- Python libraries and data science: Do the assessments also test knowledge of data science concepts or libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn? I have been focusing primarily on pandas and NumPy, but I am unsure whether to prioritize these or general Python problem-solving.
I understand the assessments may vary depending on the role, but I would really appreciate hearing about others' experiences.
Thank you in advance!
