Deadlines for 2-tier management consulting for PhDs in the US

Hi, I haven't seen any of the 2-tier management consulting firms in the US announce application deadlines for PhD applicants. Do they typically start recruting later than MBB? Thanks!

As far as I know, 2nd tier companies have no deadlines for PHDs
