Could you give some insights about the culture of SAC?

Dear participant! 

What a wonderful question, because culture is something that really sets ADV C apart! I would like to structure my answer on the basis of our four values, which are also really lived out in practice

#Dare to dream

• Everyone at ADV C has very individual and different personal and professional goals and ADV C and in the broader sense Siemens as an ecosystem with resources and partners allows these goals to be achieved
• We at ADV C are united by the desire to make a contribution, in our projects, but also beyond. Many volunteer grassroots initiatives, such as monday's grassroots event: AI image generation or joint participation in international conferences, such as the One Young World Forum, or the decision to take a leaf to contribute to the long-term preservation of the great barrier reef are topics that are discussed in the coffee kitchen and are an enrichment in everyday work

#Love our clients

• The high dedication to social interaction from us as colleagues allows us to highly enjoy working together as a team together with our clients to move things forward together in a motivated and empowering way
• ADV C's customer relationships are often based on long-term trust, creating a working atmosphere that gives space and room for trying out creative ideas

#Team wins

• I love that everyone at ADV C proactively approaches colleagues who are yet not known and everyone is welcomed openly and quickly integrated into the group, e.g. for team dinners in the office, when more experienced colleagues join the first day dinner of our new joiners
• I find it inspiring when, on a thursday evening at the christmas market, we talk about the stereotypes of egypt, india and colombia with colleagues born in these countries who have recently moved to germany to work at ADV C
• The internationality of ADV C broadens your own perspective, generates new ideas and makes a lasting difference to your life. I am really grateful to work in such an exciting environment and value the honest exchange with such versatile colleagues immensely

#Enjoy the ride

• ADV C is currently growing strongly and you can feel the spirit of being part of something bigger and you have the feeling that you are really actively helping to determine the path of ADV C
• Every job has good days and bad days, but it's great to have colleagues who can not only celebrate successes, but also honestly motivate and strengthen you when needed with words, small attentions, or just a short coffee break

These are just examples and a personal opinion, but what i really want to take away is that the culture at ADV C is exceptionally supportive and inspiring, look forward to a great and very harmonious working environment!

Dear candidate, 

I believe this is a very subjective question but, to me, culture at SAC is great. Let me give you a few reasons:

• In SAC you will be part of a collaborative and friendly working environment. If you have any work/administrative-related question, you can reach out to any colleague, and he/she will be happy to support.
• In SAC you will be part of an international team with people from completely different backgrounds and cultures.  Is it exciting?
• In SAC you will be able to also join different sub-teams based on your interests – Women’s Initiative, Sustainability team… 
• Lastly, SAC regularly organizes social events in which we get the chance to meet each other, have a nice dinner and spend some time together.

To finalize, I really like having complete ownership  on my  responsibilities and tasks. I really enjoy being able to work with people face-to-face at the office.
