Hello everyone,
I hardly managed to pass the screening phases (still managed to land interviews to one Tier 2 firm but that's all).
Thank you very much for your help !
PS: I am new on PrepLounge so I hope it is allowed to ask such questions here.

Hello everyone,

Milo,
You've got a good version here, but I'd recommend you go through a professional CV review to maximise what your experience can actually show.
In a Q&A post, you're likely to get lost in perspective but not a coherent end-to-end review - which is what you should be aiming for if you're targeting the top firms.
Why? Because reviewing a CV properly takes time. Especially if you go through several iterations, it's at least half an hour of work for an expert. And they do not have the space to provide the answer in a Q&A section, nor the willingness to share that expertise for free.
One thing, for instance, that your CV is not doing well is that several of your bullet points are a description of your job rather than an outcome-focused highlight of your time spent there. That actually makes a big difference.
If you have any specific questions or want to understand what a full CV review looks like, reach out directly.
Best,
Cristian
Seems you have a great starting point - good overall structure and a proven ability to land some interviews which is great!
In terms of going deeper always try to pull out the impact and quantify where you can.
Show elements of leadership and progression as well.
Happy to hop on a quick call if you're looking for deeper insights and an action plan.
Hi Milo,
I'd suggest you work directly with a coach for detailed feedback on your CV. This is a common service offered by most coaches on this platform.
Hi there,
Happy to discuss your CV in a call. Feel free to reach out per message!
Hi Milo,
Your CV has a strong overall structure and presents well. For your internships, you could further strengthen it by highlighting your specific achievements and impact on overall goals.
I’d be happy to jump on a call to provide a more detailed review and feedback.
Have a lovely day,
Kairavee
Hey,
Happy to go through this line-by-line in a 1-on-1 coaching session. I also have a 50% discount for the first session.
In terms of general advice on CV, I'd aim to re-frame each bullet to show your achievement and skills: "Led ABC work to achieve XX% result by using XYZ skills".
Kateryna
Hey Milo!
I see some red flags especially in formatting & in the bullet points - let me know if you want a call!

Hi Milo,
Welcome to PrepLounge! 😊
Yes, questions like this are absolutely allowed in the Q&A. However, I would generally advise against posting your CV publicly here, as this is still a public forum and your resume contains personal information.
A more effective approach would be to work directly with a coach who offers CV reviews. You can find and filter relevant coaches in the coach overview here:

Many coaches also offer a short free intro call, which is a great way to check whether there is a good fit and whether you could work well together.
Best of luck with your preparation, and welcome again to PrepLounge!

There are two issues on your CV.
You need to drop the finance certifications (useless for consulting), and spend more time describing non-finance activities / achievements. And you need more things to show you are a high achiever.
Please do understand that how well you write the bullet points (using STAR frameworks and the like) it's not what is holding you back. Needless to say, of course, that it must be 100% "client ready", i.e., no mistakes / flawless.
