Hi Rose,
first of all, great that you want to prepare for your case interview! Unfortunately, I am not able to tell you how casecoach works. However, if nobody accepts your request, why don't you just have a look at the Meeting Board on PrepLounge since you are already here :-)
On the Meeting Board, you'll see lots of proposals for back-to-back meetings. You can either accept one of those or add your own proposal to the list and wait for a candidate to confirm the meeting.
