That prompt is not available in the english version, and nevertheless it doesn't have a question.

You should sell if the price they're paying is higher than what the company is worth. 

One should also have a look at the potential synergies (and de-synergies), to understand how much they could be willing to pay. You have revenue (# customers, pricing, channels), cost (production, logistics, purchasing, distribution, overhead) and investment (less warehouses, …) synergies.
