Calculation

Hello,

In the question 4, you are saying in the prompt that the customer value is 150$per year, however, in the calculation for "Step 3. Calculate the average value brought by the customers retained", you are using 1500$ leading us to a different result. Did I miss something in the calculation or is it a mistake ?

Thanks !

You're right to flag this. If the prompt says $150 and the calculation uses $1500, that looks like a typo.

Double-check the prompt to see if there's any mention of a multiplier or different time period that would explain the difference. Sometimes customer value is given per year but the calculation uses lifetime value over multiple years.

If there's no explanation, it's likely just an error in the solution. Trust your math and use the number given in the prompt.

You are right, Grégoire!

It's a typo. I'll make the adjustment now.

Many thanks!
