Business Analyst Kearney Riyadh

Hope whoever is reading this is well, I was lucky enough to secure a referral from a person with high position for A Kearney business analyst role and transition from Big 4 to a strategy focusing firm. They have currently frozen applications, and they haven't been available for several months. Does anyone know when the BA role for Kearney will open up for the RIYADH OFFICE. And any salary expectations will be great to know as well. I am a Saudi National as well.

Appreciate any support!

Hello there!

Unfortunately, I guess no one here will know exactly when a role will open. If it is frozen, the fact that originated this situation has to cease for the role to become available. It may be driven by many things, such as overall market conditions, a high number of recent consultants recruited, Kearney’s project pipeline, etc. In any case, you can talk to HR to check the perspectives. If possible, apply for roles in other companies in between. This way you can practice for K interviews when the position opens or, if it doesn’t, you will have other options.

As for the salary, I suggest you to check Glassdoor.

Good luck!

Best,

Mari

Hey there ?

First off—congrats on the referral and the move toward strategy! That’s a great step, and even better that you’re a Saudi national targeting the Riyadh office ??✨

Right now, it’s true that hiring has been a bit slow in the region across many firms (including Kearney), especially at entry levels. But the good news: things typically pick up again around late spring to early summer (think May–July), especially for start dates in fall. So definitely stay close to your referrer and keep an eye on the Careers page around that window ?

In terms of salary expectations: from what I’ve seen and heard from friends in the region, Business Analyst base salaries in KSA at Kearney are usually around SAR 22,000–26,000/month, plus performance bonus and benefits—though this can vary depending on prior experience and negotiation ✨

Let me know if you'd like help prepping your application or practicing for interviews—happy to support!

Best,
Alessa ?

Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • Kearney will post the role once there's a hiring need through their official careers page, yet there’s no fixed cycle and no advance announcement.

You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming Kearney pre-interview assessment and/or interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

If they knew when they would unfreeze... they would unfreeze immediately.

They freeze because it's not clear to them WHEN they need people to join. Without that they cannot extend offers. If they knew that, then they could interview and extend offers even if for January, for example.

For salaries check Glassdoor.

Hi there,

Congrats on securing that referral!

I had heard they were planning to ramp up for more projects, especially with PwC facing a recent ban in the country. That could shift demand in Kearney’s favor, so things may open soon. That said, your internal contact will probably have the best visibility on exact timelines - definitely worth reaching out to them again for an update.

Cheers and all the best,

Florian
