Hey, I am wondering, besides the high salaries in BCG Riyadh, what other perks come with the job? I heard BCG employees in the US get the most premium healthcare and get so many miles from traveling.... So my question is, what non-advertised benefits do employees in the middle east/Riyadh get?

Hi there,
I am based in Dubai and have seen a fair number of Gulf consulting offers, so a general view. I cannot speak to BCG's exact package.
Beyond salary, offers in Riyadh usually include a housing allowance, a transport allowance, annual flights home and private medical cover, often extended to your family. Many also cover schooling for children and relocation costs when you join.
The travel perks you heard about apply here too. Consultants in the region travel a lot, so the hotel nights and airline miles from client work add up quickly, and you usually keep them.
The best moment to ask is once you have an offer, when HR will walk you through the full package and you can compare it line by line.
