Hi! I applied to BCG SEA's Operations practice and recently got an invitation to take the SOVA assessment. The invite also mentions that the next stage after clearing SOVA is case interviews. I was expecting Casey to be the first round.
Has this happened with anyone else too?

It could very well be as in Germany they already replaced it with a new Cognitive Test of 80 questions.
The reason is that the Casey can easily be answered with ChatGPT during the test so I guess they needed a test with more questions in rapid succession and the SOVA would offer that.

One update for anyone who finds this thread later: BCG's assessment process can vary by office, role, and recruiting cycle, so first confirm which assessment you've actually been invited to take.
