I have an upcoming screening call with BCG Platinion for a cyber consulting position that I've applied for 1.5 years ago and got rejected from R1 due to poor structuring and synthesis. However, I got a positive feedback regarding my technical experience and interpersonal skills.
I'm a little anxious this time, but really eager to pass all rounds.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback or advice on how to best prepare, resources to check, or things to do so I can be prepared this time.

This screening call should be relatively straightforward, as it is mostly about fit, motivation and your background, not a full case. Importantly, it is not where things went wrong for you last time, so the structuring and synthesis that held you back in R1 will not come up here. I would not carry that worry into this one.
For the call itself, just be ready to talk through your background clearly, explain why Platinion and why cyber, and show you get what the role is about. You already came across well on the technical and personal side, so this part plays in your favour.
For R1/2 I would then focus on the structuring and synthesis, since those are the bits that held you back. Build your structure around the actual problem rather than forcing a framework onto it, and give the answer first and the reasons after. One thing that really matters is not stop at the technical solution, always connect it to the business implications and how you would actually implement it, since that is what they are looking for.

the fact that you received positive feedback on your technical experience and interpersonal skills is actually a good starting point. This time, I’d put most of your preparation into structuring and synthesis, since that was the specific weakness identified previously.
For Platinion, I’d practice taking technical or cybersecurity problems and explaining them in a very simple, top down way. After every answer, force yourself to summarize the key takeaway in one or two sentences. Also prepare a strong answer for why BCG Platinion and why cyber consulting.
Given that you’ve already been through the process once, I’d focus less on learning new technical content and more on practicing how you communicate what you already know.
