Hi everyone! My partner recently passed the online assessment for a Senior Consultant – Data & Insight position at BCG INVERTO in the SEA office, and is now preparing for the interview rounds.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has interviewed with BCG INVERTO, especially for a Data & Insight role. Thank you in advance!
A few questions:
- What does the interview process typically look like after the online assessment? How many rounds/interviews should we expect, and what are the main components (fit, case, technical/data questions, etc.)?
- For the case interview, how supply-chain/procurement focused is it?
For example, should we expect cases around cost reduction, supplier selection, sourcing strategy, inventory, supply-chain optimization, or procurement transformation? - Since this is specifically a Data & Insight position, how does the data/analytics component come into the interview?
- Is it incorporated into the case (e.g., analyzing an exhibit/data set and drawing insights)?
- Or is there a separate technical/data interview involving things like SQL, Python, statistics, or data interpretation?
