1) Is everyone who passes the CV screening and math test in BCG provided with a Buddy or just a certain amount of candidates?
2) Is it inapproapriate to ask the local HR / employee when is best to apply when thinking about demand in the office?

2) You can always ask, I can't imagine how it can hurt you. HR is not the decision-maker and the decisions are not made based on your questions. But in general, MBBs are accepting the applications the whole year, unless it's an internship / specific non-generalist role
