BCG Associate Consultant Salary - Signing Bonus

Goodmorning everyone,

I will start as a VA in September at BCG Milan. I am a bit concerned about the salary after the VA period: my colleagues in business school are receiving high signing offers from second tier companies. Does BCG offer a signing bonus to its VA as well, after they pass thorugh the VA period?

Quick answer: normally the offer should be equivalent. So yes, you should be offered the sign on bonus if this is normal practice in your recruiting market.
