I’ve been invited to complete BCG’s Aspire 2026 Games Assessment. From what I understand, it’s a gamified assessment featuring a series of interactive exercises designed to evaluate workplace-related skills and behavioral preferences—such as how you think and work, the environments you thrive in, and how you collaborate with others.
I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has gone through this process could share their experience. What were the games like? What competencies are they assessing? And how would you recommend preparing for it?
