Base at MBB Canada

I'm thinking of applying to MBB in Canada (post MBA level) but see quite a discrepancy on Glassdoor vs what I read here (read base for McK is 120K). Does anyone have info on the base for the 3 firms? Thanks

Agree, you need to take Glassdoor with a pinch of salt.

For strategy consulting, the info you are going to find here is always going to be more accurate.

This said, which tenure in Canada? That totally changes the story

Hi there,

Glassdoor is helpful for gauges but not the most accurate.

From my reading it seems BCG/McK's base is 190k and Bain is around175k (for consultant).
