This can vary by Middle East office and recruiting cycle, so I wouldn’t assume that everyone who tested in August or September has received an update yet. If some candidates have already heard back, that doesn’t necessarily mean the remaining applications are rejected.

I’d give it a little time and, if you’re past the timeline Bain indicated, send recruiting a short follow up asking about the status of your application.

Hi there,To be honest you probably should have received an answer by now. Not to say you're out of the game, but I would recommend reaching out now.As always, never put your eggs in one basket - keep networking and applying to other companies (and continue your case prep)!

Results can move at different speeds across Middle East offices and recruiting cycles. Hearing that another candidate received an interview does not prove that the remaining applications were rejected

Check the confirmation email, spam folder and candidate portal for any stated timeline. If that timeline has passed, send recruiting one short follow-up now. Include the role, office, assessment completion date and ask whether the application is still under review or whether any action is required. Do not send repeated messages to several offices.

Continue case and fit preparation while you wait, and keep other applications moving. The only reliable status is the one attached to your own application; forum reports are a biased and incomplete sample.

I don't have any specific info on this but even if there was a timeline, if you didn't hear back by then I wouldn't read into it. In some cases the results also go out in waves for some firms and offices.
