Hi, I received a mail early this month that I have passed the EY One assessment and that my application in under review before offer(?). I haven't heard much ever since, should I reach out to the HR?

Hey there,
A good principle to follow is to stay close with recruiting on deadlines and communication expectations. After a month, it would be reasonable to have expected some feedback and would be good to follow bi-weekly or if other dates are communicated.
By now, all of the Oct and Nov 24 cohorts should have been communicated with
