Hi,
Depending on what grade and which office you're applying for you'll either have :
- 2x standard 1h interview format : 15 min fit / 40 min case studies / 5 min Q&A
- 1x standard interview + 1x synthesis exercises. For the synthesis instead of case study the interviewer will submit a topic generally based on recent news for your to developp an opinion (no politics), you'll have an ipad with internet connection to make some research, and after 20 mins you'll have to summerize your thoughts thoughts based on your research. Not so complicated just be strucured in the discussion !
