Hi, Does anyone know much about the application process of MBB in African offices? I'm applying to them and not sure if they have the written tests aswell as case interviews. Any recommendations are useful!

Hi,
For McKinsey the interview process would be the same. (PST, 6 interviews). Since these offices are quite small you may have some of the interviews in other cities / countries. Be ready for this
For Accenture the process is pretty standard - just the interviews:
- No clear guidelines for cases, so the case depends on the manager
- 60% chance that it will be marketsizing
- 40% chance - profitability and general frameworks
- Interviewers are less demanding than at Big3. unless you meet an ex-big3 consultant as an interviewer
