4 Years experience at Accenture Strategy - Applying for T1 and T2?

Hi there,

currently working at Accenture Strategy (4 years experience) in the DACH region. I want to change to T1 or T2...do you think this is possible with Accenture Strategy background?

Happy to hear some opinions.

Hey there,

Yes, it is possible from Accenture or most other consulting firms. I know people who have done it in the DACH region.

However, be aware that you will start one level lower at McKinsey. For instance, if you are a project manager at Accenture, you will start as a Sr. Associate at McKinsey with a chance to progress quickly if the performance works out.

Let me know if you need more information!

Cheers,

Florian

Hey there!

Sure it's possible! Accenture is in T2 itself, so your qualification and experience would be enough for other T2 companies or MBB.

Good luck,

Accenture will provide a solid for MBB recruiting. It comes down to you being able to package your unique experiences. Make sure you can phrase your experience effectively.
