I would be very interested how you manage your work-life-balance at Kearney? What is the typical workload and how do you find time for family, friends and hobbies?

There is no typical workload as phases of higher and lower intensity differ due to the project business. To ensure that private life and hobbies are not neglected during phases of higher intensity, each project team agrees on a Work Charter at the start of the project, which includes general rules on working hours and collaboration. Compliance with the defined rules is checked weekly via a company-wide survey, published and (counter)-actions are derived jointly within the project teams. Additionally, it is important to simply integrate hobbies directly into consulting life, which is possible, for example, through joint sports activities with the project team.
