Wie sieht ein typischer Alltag bei euch aus?

There’s no such thing as a typical day as a consultant. No project, client, or topic is ever quite the same. Still, many days start the same way: with a cup of coffee and a quick glance at the inbox. From there, it’s straight into a mix of strategic work, analysis, and coordination. I often review processes, challenge ideas, and develop concepts, presentations, or workshops. A large part of my day is spent collaborating with colleagues, discussing approaches, and aligning on solutions and a significant portion is dedicated to meetings and coordination with clients to understand their needs, discuss progress, and agree on next steps. This all takes place in the office, at the client’s site, or from my home office.

What makes it exciting is that each day brings new questions, perspectives, and challenges. There’s rarely any routine, but plenty of variety – and the satisfaction of driving impact with clients and guiding teams. And no matter how different the days may be, one thing almost always stays the same: starting with a good cup of coffee.
