Why TKMC?

Thank you for your question. What sets tkMC apart from other consulting firms is (in my opinion) the open and trusting collaboration within a very collegial and family-like environment. We have no cutthroat mentality—every opinion is taken seriously and contributes to finding the best solutions together. This appreciative interaction creates space for personal development and encourages exchange on equal footing, so that everyone on the team feels included and respected. This special culture is actively promoted through many cool events and initiatives (football, padel, or multi-day trips with all tkMC colleagues).

In terms of content, however, our work follows the classic consulting approach. We also hold ourselves to corresponding expectations that meet a top-tier level. The key difference is that we operate as an internal consulting team, which makes collaboration with our clients usually more personal and pleasant than with external consultants. Many of our clients see us as colleagues - which we effectively are within the company - and this fosters a particularly trusting and constructive cooperation.
