There is a fixed entry salary for Analysts joining BearingPoint which is in line with the market. For higher levels the salary strongly depends on the respective experience and skillset of the applicant.
In addition to the fixed salary, a variable pay (bonus) rewards our quantitative and qualitative performance at the end of each business year. This bonus can either be paid out or converted into additional vacation days - which in my opinion is a great opportunity I enjoy using.
