thank you for your question.

Besides the fun and experience at work, I appreciate the possiblity to be supported during a PhD or MBA, knowing this is just a one time benefit. Looking at ongoing benefits, I really appreciate our mobility concept (speaking for the German offices) including a pretty flexible car policy.
