The typical business career path looks like this: 

Analyst -> Consultant -> Senior Consultant -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Partner

But it depends on the career path you choose. You could go down the Business path, the Technology path, or the Management path. Generally, the progression starts from Analyst to Consultant, then to Senior Consultant. From there, you can move up to roles like Business Advisor, Manager, or Technology Architect. After these positions, you can either become a Senior Advisor, Senior Manager, Director or Partner.
