Hi there!
What degrees are you looking for when recruiting new consultants? Do you have any preferences? Do I have to have a business degree?

We are looking for talents with a variety of backgrounds, preferably from business administration, economics and the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). However, we focus on the person behind a CV and not just a particular degree. Teamwork, creativity and communication skills are also important differentiators when applying for a job at BearingPoint. For example, I studied political science and now I am consulting clients from the telecommunications industry. As you see, we are not just looking for business students.
