My projects at ADV C so far were related to my educational background to customer centricity in the industries Automotive & New Mobility, Life Sciences. More precisely:
•Several market analyses and benchmarking on current automotive & new mobility topics with focus on customer journey and channel management
•FoD Service Benchmarking study for a global OEM
•Strategic and operational set-up of a Siemens-wide digital business platform launch
•G2M strategy for the digital portfolio in the area of Smart Infrastructure with a focus on customer engagement and PMO support
