The most interesting project I’ve worked on so far was a large IT migration project for a major client. Our team was quite big, around 30 people on average and included colleagues from different backgrounds, from tech experts to business consultants and project managers. It was super dynamic, and I learned a lot about how to bring all these perspectives together to make the project a success. What I really enjoyed was the team spirit over time, through all the collaboration and long days, some real friendships actually developed within the team. It was a great experience both professionally and personally.
