I decided to join BearingPoint mainly because of the people and the overall vibe. I really liked the diverse team and the combination of tech and consulting, which felt like the right mix for me. The projects are super interesting, especially with the focus on AI, technology, and management. What really convinced me, though, was the atmosphere. I had the chance to meet some of my future colleagues and managers beforehand, and everyone was just genuinely great to talk to. It gave me a really good gut feeling, and I could tell that “easy to work with” isn’t just a slogan here, it actually describes how people collaborate at BearingPoint.
