It really depends on the type of project. Some projects are carried out completely remotely, while others have clients who prefer that we work mostly or fully on-site. In most cases, it’s a mix, a few days at the client’s location and the rest working remotely. For international projects, we sometimes travel for specific phases, but a lot of the collaboration happens virtually. Overall, it’s quite flexible and usually depends on the client’s needs and the project setup.
When we’re not at the client site, we can choose whether to work remotely or from one of our offices. Although there is no mandatory office policy, many of us still enjoy going in to collaborate more closely, connect with colleagues and expand our professional networks. Overall, it’s a highly flexible setup that can be adapted to suit different projects and personal preferences.
