I'm happy to give you information on our current functional expertise applied in our projects (Horizontals) and in which industries they are applied (Verticals):
1. Horizontals: Data Analytics, Factory & SCM, R&D Transformation, Large Scale Transformation, Sustainability, Customer Centricity
2. Verticals: Automotive & New Mobility, Industrial Goods, Life Sciences, Energy, Siemens Core
With regard to specific percentages, I would kindly ask you to understand that we as Consultants cannot give a valid answer across them all, as we ourselves have our own projects in the direction of 1-2 horizontals and verticals to a certain extent, among other things, due to our academic background. My projects for example have been so far in the Horizontal of Customer Centricity (i.e., G2M approach, customer journey analysis etc.), and in the Verticals of Automotive, Life Science, and Siemens Core.
